At Techno Thermal, we believe energy should work for you, not against you. Our breakthrough Phase Change Material (PCM) technology stores thermal energy during times of excess and releases it precisely when it’s needed, reducing reliance on peak power, lowering emissions, and unlocking unprecedented efficiency. Whether it’s industrial heat management, renewable integration, or temperature-sensitive storage, we provide solutions that are as reliable as they are innovative. We’re not just changing how energy is stored. We’re changing how the world thinks about energy.
Compact inside-room thermal storage unit (TSU) for peak-shaving and energy consumption reduction
Dr Roohollah has over 35 years of experience spanning academia and industry. He received his PhD in Civil Engineering from UMIST and held academic positions at the University of Manchester and City University London. He later moved into industry, serving as technical, project, and managing director of several successful consultancy companies. While trained in civil engineering, he has extensive experience in the energy sector, with expertise in risk assessment and offshore reliability analysis, including jack-up structures. He holds an Executive MBA and is currently an Honorary Reader in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Brunel University of London.
Dr Pouyan Sardari is currently a Senior Research Fellow in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Nottingham. Pouyan received his B.Sc. (2008), M.Sc. (2011) and PhD (2016) in Mechanical Engineering. His current research interests include thermal management of batteries and electric motors, computational fluid dynamics, phase change materials, energy storage, two-phase flow, particle deposition and dispersion, turbulent flows, heat and mass transfer, and pollution control. So far, he has published more than 150 ISI papers and participated in more than ten industrial projects. He is also among the top 2% of scientists worldwide in 2020–2021.
